Chop Shop Sale in Mafia wars short way to build
1 Buy part with your Reward points first
2 Send the Chop shop part by free gift to your freinds
3 the friends will send you back the the same parts again
4 buy only those parts that are not included in the free gift portion.
The new Chop Shop is now live in game! Here's how it works.
The original 5 Chop Shop pieces can be used to upgrade your Chop Shop to different levels (power tools, cement blocks, etc).
There are 10 total levels, with each level unlocking a new car type and the ability of your Chop Shop to produce more parts.
At any rate, it starts off costing 5 of each type of car part for each level and this number increases by 1 per level (6 to get to level 3, 7 to get to level 4, etc).
There are a large variety of car types available at the Chop Shop. Here is a list:
Level 1: Random common car - 10 car parts required
Level 2: Random rare car - 25 car parts
Level 3: Tasmanian - 36 attack, 34 defense - 30 car parts
Level 4: CM Santiago R10 - 42 attack, 30 defense - 30 car parts and 2 Cuban Car Parts (guessing these drop from fights and jobs in Cuba)
Level 5: Rebel 2 - 40 attack, 45 defense, +5 stamina (not sure if you can collect +5 stamina each time you can collect a car - need confirmation) - 45 car parts and 2 bulletproof glass.
Level 6: Russian Dazatz 45 - 18 attack, 46 defense - 50 car parts and 2 Russian Car Parts
Level 7: Solar Flare - 34 attack, 34 defense, +5 energy - 65 car parts and 1 solar panel
Level 8: Thai XS Max - 45 attack, 35 defense - 75 car parts and 2x Thai Car Parts
Level 9: Trio Napoli - 47 attack, 23 defense - 95 car parts
Level 10: Red Angel - 16 attack, 49 defense - 115 car parts
---
And that's it for now - more info on the unknown parts of this later tonight!

Common brazil fighting misinformations by
Brazil fighting seems to be a big mystery among all players. Before Brazil, I already heard the strangest theories and rumors about drop rates in cities, different daytimes or depending on browser.
Now, with Brazil, this seems to be even worse!
So let me put together a few things about this 5-stamina-fighting. Of course I can also be wrong, but I always tried to reproduce things on my own.
Let me start with something Jen wrote where I disagree (sorry!) but what now spread alot under the players.
Powerattack gives less loot than normal attack, because you don't get 25x loot.
In a normal city, "powerattack" means 5 attacks in a row. All loot from these 5 attacks is listed as loot of the powerattack. Means you can get up to 5x loot, of course these are mostly different items.

In Brazil, Fighting costs 5 Stamina and gives you 5x items. Always the same items, not different.

Now, powerattack in Brazil gives you 5x the chance to win 5 items. Of course, not every fight drops items, but it's possible to get multiple items from a powerattack.

I am fighting in Brazil, but only get 1x loot instead of 5 times.
This is unfortunately true. If you attack someone on the fightlist who changed the city, you still pay 5x stamina, but get only single loot. You will see this if the player drops a different currency.

You see, I still get 5x XP, but only single loot drop. Hopefully Zynga fixes this soon, because its unfair. Meanwhile, stop attacking if you see another currency (there is a brawler option for that, too).
My Brawler is saying I get 6x loot, not 5x.
Brawler displays this wrong. You get 5x loot.

You can always check this by looking at the stat improvement you get. For example I only get a boost from FHEL4, so its easy to tell. I get +5 from TGS and +8 from the Venomous, 5x5+5x8=65.
I get both +10 from GPF and the Blades, thats 10*10+5*10=150.
You also see, the Venomous was also logged incorrectly. You can always see from the plural "s" or apostrophe at the end of the loot item, that you got 5 of them.
My loot drop rate is xxx and in NY I get yyy and in Italy zzz.
What you call loot drop rate is just one sample of a wide distributed probability function. You can be very lucky and get a fistfull of loot in the first attacks, or you can wait for FHEL4 forever. Please stop comparing your ratios if you did not do at least 100k fights in each city. For Brazil this is even more true, you'd need 500k stamina burned for a significant result.
And keep in mind, your results are not fully correct. Remember you only get loot from won fights against live targets. You can use the "Wins" number that Brawler displays, but that still includes won fights against already dead targets.

Martin made a modded version that displays the won fights against alive targets, but its only for testing and also based on an old Brawler version.
I hope everything else is clear, and I hope I did not write nonsense, as I am just guessing like everyone.
Keep in mind, if you use Brawler, use it wise with moderate settings in a single tab.

Atlantic City 4 - CAMDEN COUNTY
The new location is CAMDEN COUNTY, which is a major geographical error. While I took issue with the overbroad geographical labeling of Atlantic City 3: SOUTH JERSEY, at least Atlantic City is IN South Jersey. But more on that later - let's check out the new location.

CAMDEN COUNTY has the same structure as previous Atlantic City chapters: six jobs, with Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ruby levels for each. There's not much excitement on the way - just this icon as you finish each level:

Sadly, there is not any new job loot in CAMDEN COUNTY. The prior chapter - SOUTH JERSEY - had the Pickpocket, the Ground Hugger, and the Frilled Lizard - nothing with huge stats, but interesting because you could only get them in Atlantic City. CAMDEN COUNTY also has those items as job loot, and some decent Las Vegas items - the Diamondback and Range Finder Rifle - but nothing top tier, and nothing you couldn't previously get in SOUTH JERSEY.
But the new "iPod" layout will probably cause Apple to sue Zynga for trademark infringement is pretty neat:

Come to think of it, if you DO play Mafia Wars: Atlantic City on your iPod, do you get confused because there is a button on the screen right above the button on your iPod??
Anyway, in addition to the one-stop shopping of collecting from all of your Properties that is the neatest feature of Atlantic City overall, SOUTH JERSEY offers you 24 Skill Points for completing the four levels - not a bad use of your Energy if you've completed Italy. The XP:Energy ratio is pretty low, but Atlantic City has never been about leveling.
The reward for completing SOUTH JERSEY is the Parkour Master, an Armor item with sub-type "Legs" (???) and very nice 105/121 stats.

Now for some geography ranting. Let's go back to the map of New Jersey that we analyzed in Atlantic City 3: SOUTH JERSEY:
Atlantic City is in...ATLANTIC County. Not Camden County. Using CAMDEN COUNTY as the name for a new Atlantic City location makes about as much sense as if Mafia Wars released Las Vegas Chapter 9: UTAH, or Moscow Episode 7: CHINA.
Here's something else totally irrelevant that irked me - once I accepted that the new location was called CAMDEN COUNTY (where I grew up, hence the hysteria), the names of the jobs were the next insult:

I don't think this is unique to New Jersey, but COUNTIES DON'T HAVE MAYORS. Cities do. So what mayor are we blackmailing? For that matter, what CITY Council are we stacking in a COUNTY?
